1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting our site, booking appointments, or enrolling in Beauty Vibe Academy training courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and salon guidelines.

2. Appointment Bookings & Confirmations

Our web inquiry forms are designed to help you organize details before initiating contact:

• WhatsApp Booking: Booking requests submitted via the website's form are forwarded to our coordinator via WhatsApp. The request does not guarantee an immediate slot booking. A booking is considered confirmed only when confirmed in writing or verbally by our salon desk coordinator.
• Direct Calls: You may also book instantly by calling us directly at +91 7055041515 during salon hours.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: We kindly request at least 2 to 4 hours of advance notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments, helping us accommodate other clients on our waitlist.

3. Academy Enrollment & Courses

Beauty Vibe Academy offers certified training programs in makeup artistry, hairstyling, and cosmetology:

• Admissions: Inquiry forms are non-binding. Seat confirmation is subject to registration deposit, slot verification, and batch capacity.
• Attendance & Conduct: Students must maintain professional conduct and follow curriculum guidelines during hands-on practice sessions on live models.
• Pipeline Opportunities: While we hire top graduates from our academy programs directly into the Beauty Vibe styling floor, graduation does not guarantee automatic employment, which is subject to available vacancies and performance assessments.

4. Bridal Bookings & Retainers

Because wedding styling requires dedicated senior team allocation:

• Trial Sessions: Trial makeup or hair draping sessions are organized by prior appointment and coordinate pricing directly with the bridal lead.
• Deposits: A non-refundable advance booking retainer is required to reserve the wedding morning slot for bridal styling or travel makeup crew.

5. Customer Comfort & Safety

To maintain a safe and premium environment on our unisex styling floor:

• Chemical Services: Clients must inform their stylist of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or previous hair treatments before undergoing global color, straightening, or facial treatments.
• Salon Right of Admission: We reserve the right to decline styling services to anyone displaying disruptive behavior or posing a health safety concern to our staff or other guests.
