We are located on the Nehrugram Ring Road in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Our address is 1st Floor, Shakoor Furniture, Near Vaishno Mata Mandir, Nehrugram Ring Road, Dehradun - 248005. You can view our location on Google Maps on our contact page.
We are open Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Prior appointments are recommended to ensure your preferred stylist is available.

Bookings & Appointments
When you fill out our online form and click 'Request Appointment', our website formats your details (name, date, time, preferred service) into a clean text message and opens WhatsApp. You can then review the details and hit send directly to our salon coordinator.
No, submitting the form forwards your inquiry to our team. An appointment is considered officially booked only when our desk coordinator replies to confirm your slot timing.
We understand plans can change. We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule at least 2 to 4 hours before your scheduled slot. This helps us open up the time to other clients.

Beauty Vibe Academy offers intensive, certified training courses: Hair Styling Certificate, Makeup Art History, Primal Makeup Specialist, Nail Art, and Bridal Character Makeup. Check our Academy page for batch durations and highlights.
Yes! Students who complete our training programs and pass practical assessments on live models are awarded a professional cosmetology certification from Beauty Vibe Academy.
Yes, we run an in-house talent pipeline. We regularly hire top graduates from our academy directly onto the Beauty Vibe salon floor to guarantee a consistent standard of service.
Bridal Packages
We recommend booking bridal packages 2 to 3 months in advance of your wedding date to ensure our senior bridal coordinators and makeup stylists are secured for your slot.
Yes. We offer bridal trials for makeup, hair styling, and dupatta/saree draping. This helps us coordinate look concepts, test color palettes, and ensure you feel completely comfortable before the wedding morning.
Yes! We have custom package tiers that include both in-salon services and dedicated travel crews who can travel to your wedding venue or morning preparation suite in Dehradun.
